Quality Policy

Meeting the cost and quality needs of our customers, partners and users of our services is our policy.

It is alone the key to our competitiveness, which will allow us to keep the acquired markets and penetrate new ones. It thus ensures the sustainability and growth of our company, and thus the prosperity and well being of all its participants.

I hope that all the efforts of the company can focus on the important values for our customers' satisfaction and improvement, thereof:
• provide maximum customer service at trade contacts (help characterize their needs, to recommend appropriate solutions)
• control our process design, production and installation to deliver a product that meets their requirements, within the agreed timeframe. In addition, compliance with the technical rules and regulations relating to our products / services and facilities is imperative.
• reduce our costs (for competitive bids)
• provide the customer after sales service they expect , especially rapid and effective interventions
• to listen to our customers and improve their satisfaction.

 

WE NEED TO BE LISTENING TO OUR CUSTOMERS, BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR COMMITMENTS AND IMPROVE OUR EFFICIENCY


This policy can only succeed associating goals I commit myself to define precisely and formally.
These objectives can only be achieved with the active participation of all employees of the company and this through consistent and clearly defined actions.
So that all these efforts succeed, they should be carried out within the organization in which each and every one performs the duties and responsibilities entrusted to them, and provides suggestions for improving our efficiency.
Our system of quality management should enable us to achieve the general objectives set out in this policy quality.
I ask everyone to apply the provisions set out therein, to making a constant optimization effort and make every effort to achieve the defined objectives.
To this end, I pledge to participate personally in the operation of our quality system and given the necessary means for its proper functioning and improvement.
